About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

Welcoming each guest with a genuine smile and upbeat energy, Biànca is seeking passionate and professional Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team. Where hospitality meets fun, in this role you will be responsible for managing your section during service, guiding guests through the menu with confidence, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every detail of the experience reflects the high standards we hold ourselves to. 

Skills & Experience

• Has previous experience as a Section Waiter within a high-volume, premium dining environment
• Has a genuine passion for food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences
• Can confidently manage a full section while maintaining exceptional service during busy periods
• Brings a warm, engaging personality and naturally connects with guests
• Thinks proactively, solves problems independently and remains composed under pressure
• Has a strong understanding of food and wine, with the confidence to guide guest recommendations
• Communicates exceptionally well and enjoys working collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Takes pride in the finer details that elevate the overall dining experience
