The Role
Idle is looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join the team, supporting the daily operations of the venue across service, team leadership and guest experience.

This role will suit somebody who:

• Leads confidently during busy cafe service with a calm and hands-on approach
• Enjoys creating warm, personalised and memorable guest experiences 
• Supports team culture through positive leadership and clear communication
• Takes pride in maintaining strong service, product and presentation standards
• Thrives within a fast-paced environment balancing service, team coordination and daily operations
