The Role
As we continue to grow and evolve, we're excited to introduce a brand new role within our venues, the Guest Experience Specialist. Created to elevate the guest journey in real time, this role is designed to have high presence and visibility, leading by example to bring energy, warmth, and leadership to the floor.
You will work within a defined service role each shift, your impact will be grounded in tangible service delivery, from how guests are welcomed to how memorable moments are created and personalised. This hands-on service role shows what great hospitality looks like through calm, thoughtful and consistent action.

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in premium, service-led hospitality environments
- A natural presence on the floor with the ability to lead through action
- Warm, confident and genuine interpersonal skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and awareness in service
- A sharp eye for detail and deep care for the guest experience
- Ability to remain calm, composed and effective in fast-paced environments
- A passion for creating memorable and personalised moments
- Experience mentoring team members and service groups
