About LOS

Head upstairs from sAme sAme to find LOS, our moodily lit, green-rendered bar, where cocktails are inspired by Southeast Asian flavours, and the sAme sAme wine list is available. With an extensive collection of rare Tequilas and Mezcals, plus weekly DJ sets, LOS provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner cocktails or relaxing weekend sessions.

The Role

LOS is looking for an experienced and personable Host to join their team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with professionalism and warmth while managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow. You will work closely with the bar team to ensure each guest’s experience begins and ends seamlessly, supporting the culture and high standards of an Anyday venue.

• Previous experience as a Host or in guest-facing roles within a restaurant setting  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage bookings, arrivals, and guest seating efficiently
• Calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
• RSA Certificate required
• Experience using SevenRooms and POS systems highly regarded
• Flexibility to work a Thursday to Sunday roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
