The Role

Idle is looking for a casual Front of House Team Member to join the team. From morning coffee to grab-and-go groceries, this pivotal role combines daily operations from our cafe service, light food handing, retail presentation, and guest engagement to create a seamless and welcoming experience. In this position, you will support and contribute to efficient service that reflects quality, hospitality, and community.

• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in cafe, casual dining, or hospitality retail environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate
• Calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
• Suitable for those on a student visa 
• RSA & Food Safety Certificate required 
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
