The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join The Anyday team for multiple venues. Our ideal Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining product quality, and supporting a positive team environment. This role leads service delivery, supports team training and coordination, and plays a key role in upholding brand standards and operational consistency throughout the day. In addition to this, you will champion service excellence among the front-of-house team, oversee training and development, ensure guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and foster a positive work environment.

 The Responsibility

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role within a quality-driven restaurant
• Confidence in leading pre-service briefings and coordinating teams during service
• A calm and solutions-focused approach to guest concerns and feedback
• Commitment to mentoring and developing team members through clear communication and support
• Understanding of basic financial procedures such as daily cash-up and POS checks
• Familiarity with compliance, health and safety standards, and shift-opening/closing protocols
• Ability to contribute to stock control and waste reduction practices
• Collaborative mindset with a strong interest in team culture and morale
• RSA certificate required
