About Biànca
Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.
The Role
Biànca is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support our leadership team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced service, takes initiative, and leads by example on the floor. You will support the day-to-day operations, help coach the team, and ensure service flows smoothly throughout each shift.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to lead a team during service and maintain high standards under pressure
- Confident in guest engagement, handling feedback and resolving issues promptly
- RSA Certificate required
- Availability across weekdays and weekends
- Clear communication and positive team collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Willingness to support the wider leadership team across operations and training
