About Biànca

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm, and colourful setting. The food focuses on perfecting classic Italian dishes, made in-house with fresh, seasonal produce. The beverage program is thoughtful and balanced, featuring Italian-leaning wines and seasonal cocktails that complement the food and the vibrant atmosphere.

The Role

As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for managing your section during service, guiding guests through the menu with genuine enthusiasm, and anticipating their needs with precision. You will take pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised service while collaborating with your team to maintain high standards across the floor.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Confidence in managing a full section independently during peak service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Commitment to supporting the team in creating a cohesive and uplifting workplace
• RSA Certificate required
